District Career Development Conferences

Iowa DECA is made up of three districts. Each of these districts holds their own conferences to qualify you for the State Career Development Conference. The district conferences offer you, as a member of Iowa DECA, the opportunity to build confidence as you test yourself against your peers. Top finishers in each event advance to the State Career Development Conference!
